A Trademark consisting of a geographical indication or a national symbol, whether consistent with the applicant’s nationality or not, cannot be registered in Iran.3- Can a slogan be registered?

According to Iran Intellectual Property regulations, proof of use is not required to maintain the registration of a Trademark. However, any third party can file a cancelation suit against a Trademark registration that has not been used for three consecutive years.
